A printed SEE II (Signing Exact English) version of the Pledge can be found in Gerilee Gustason and Esther Zawolkow, Signing exact English (Los Alamitos, Calif.: Modern Signs Press, 1993), pages XXIV-XXV. This book is still available from Amazon.com (http://www.amazon.com/) and other online and mail-order sources.
In addition, there are several examples of the Pledge as undertaken in sign language. Please bear in mind that the Pledge, as well as other expressions of nationalistic recitation, is open to interpretation; as such, there is no standard ASL interpretation of the Pledge.

WeSign Example Pledge: A quick example demonstrating the basic signs of the Pledge.
Westwood ASL Sample Pledge: A much more conceptually-focused ASL translation of the Pledge.
Sample Pledge of Allegiance: More of a straight transliteration, this example also shows the relevant signs more clearly.
